Spots will be increased as numbers grow via subscritions.
Classes will be on booking system!
Monday- HIIT (high intensity interval training).
Tuesday- Bodyweight strength
Wednesday (HUMPDAY)- stretch flow
Thursday- Movement flow (bodyweight primal movement).
Fri’YAY’- Bodyweight strength
Morning sessions
Monday-Friday
8am start (must be on webinar 1 minute prior to class commencement).
9am start. (must be on webinar 1 minute prior to class commencement).
Evening sessions
Monday-Friday
4pm start (must be on webinar 1 minute prior to class commencement).
6.30pm start -Class not availabe Friday’s (must be on webinar 1 minute prior to class commencement).
Outdoor Classes/sessions
1 on 1 PT sessions
All outdoor session have now been made 1 on 1 PT sessions due to the new COVID-19 rules and regulations for safe practice of outdoor training.

All PT sessions are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia CBD & inner city suburbs. Address of outdoor class location will be emailed directly to you once session has been booked online.
